The room was neat and functional!

Enjoyed our rooms with a king sized bed. We were in a comfortable location a 10-15 minute walk from Daisy Airgun Museum. The area was safe close to Bentonville, and a grocery store.

Remote location in a very sketchy neighborhood. For shots visit Levi's Gastrolounge & Bar, nestled within 20 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The hotel was quiet and fine and the room was cheap. Everybody was decent and excellent. The room with a king sized bed. The location was peaceful and comfy, relatively close to an interactive family-friendly area history museum. Took a walk around city center, located relatively close to the property.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating, the room was functional with microwave and mini fridge, for example. The location of the venue was decent and convenient - at a moderate distance from a friendly area history museum.

I recently stayed at Microtel in Rogers for my brother's funeral services. It was a great value, with a comfortable bed and a nice breakfast. The location was quiet and close to Andy's Frozen Custard. Tiffany, the staff member, was super friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. it was a pleasant experience.

Parking lot was tiny and we often had to park in the other hotel’s parking lot. The place where breakfast was served felt extremely small and in the way of the lobby.

It was clean, staff was amazingly nice. I liked the room with a king sized bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Remote location of this brand-new hotel was a bonus. Awesome restaurant served Mexican specialties.

For the price we paid, we got great value with comfortable beds, fresh coffee, and a good shower. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Low cost hotel in a secure area so close to restaurants as well as Bella Vista. Neat, cheap room with central heating, multi-channel TV and coffee/tea making machines. Nice bed overall.

The location is in a very sketchy neighborhood, but it is close to the lake, providing a nice view. The rooms are decent, although some had a musty smell and lacked amenities like a mini-fridge and microwave. On the positive side, the hotel offers a hot breakfast and there is an awesome Mexican restaurant in the adjacent parking lot.

The hotel is located next to an abandoned building and there were signs warning about items being taken from vehicles in the parking lot.
